Studio or Manager Role Selection

DJ / VJ / Performer Manager (5%) Support, monitoring, quality checks, approvals. Studio Manager (10%) Studio ops, equipment, DJ / VJ / Performer-pay oversight.

DJ / VJ / Performer Manager (5%) Responsibilities

DJ / VJ / Performer Manager is the 5% role and receives 5% of the total sales of the DJ / VJ / Performer or DJ / VJ / Performers they manage, where applicable.

Expected duties include:

Have and maintain at least 3 working DJ / VJ / Performers monthly. The DJ / VJ / Performer Manager may also be included as one of the working DJ / VJ / Performers.
Provide DJ / VJ / Performer support, including camera quality, sound, system settings, background, lighting, and camera angle guidance.
Help DJ / VJ / Performers get online and stay active where possible through basic onboarding guidance, scheduling encouragement, and practical support.
Monitor the free chat rooms of managed DJ / VJ / Performers for abusive or disrespectful clients, and help direct clients who may need support to the support desk.
Support blue check mark verification and DJ / VJ / Performer approval processes where authorized by the site.
Do not make false promises and do not collect customer payments outside the approved TarotAndAstrology website systems.

Studio Manager (10%) Responsibilities

Studio Manager is the 10% role, has the same basic DJ / VJ / Performer-support duties as DJ / VJ / Performer Manager, and may provide studio space, equipment, onboarding, or operational support.

Expected terms include:

Studio Manager receives 10% where applicable and is responsible for DJ / VJ / Performer pay where applicable.
DJ / VJ / Performer may not be paid less than the 50% minimum payout target guaranteed by the site.
Private studio contracts, equipment rental, studio space, deductions, and other arrangements are outside the TarotAndAstrology website/program.
During disputes, DJ / VJ / Performer pay may be directed to the DJ / VJ / Performer, and the studio continues only as DJ / VJ / Performer Manager until the issue is resolved.
Do not collect customer payments outside the approved TarotAndAstrology website systems.
Do not interfere with site billing, customer accounts, support investigations, or compliance reviews.
